However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for reasons such as defective or damaged products you may return the product to us. All returns must be postmarked within 7 days after the product/package was received. All returns must be in new and unused condition, with all tags and labels attached. To return a product please make sure you contact our customer services rebelliousclothingsaaftersales@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RAM) number after the RAM number place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase and send your return via pep PAXI, depending on how you received your package. You are responsible for all returns shipping costs. we strongly recommend familiarizing yourself with PAXI operational Terms and Conditions. 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. it is your responsibility to make sure you choose your desired size and colour for your purchase; returns are not accepted for such reasons. Due the uncertain circumstances we are living in, the safety of our consumers & stuff is high priority.
